I've worked in property management since 2016, and in 2024 I made the transition into community association management — an industry I absolutely love! 💙

And if you work in this world, you know the struggle. Between board meetings, budgets, projects, vendors, deadlines and about a million little details, there's always something that needs your attention. No matter how organized you are, that nagging feeling that something might fall through the cracks never completely goes away.

Trust me, I get it. That's exactly how Ginny Circle came to life.

I started looking for ways to simplify my own workload, keep everything organized and make sure nothing got overlooked. I wanted tools that actually worked for the way I work, without adding another complicated system to manage.

Someone once told me that my superpower is connecting with people. And honestly, that's one of the things I love most about this industry. It's not just about managing communities, checking boxes or getting through a to-do list. It's about the people, the relationships and making things happen.

So when I started developing solutions for my own everyday challenges, I had a thought: Why keep them to myself?

And just like that, Ginny Circle was born! 💡

My goal is simple: help other busy professionals stay organized, feel a little less overwhelmed and spend more time doing the parts of their jobs they actually love. Because technology should make our lives easier, not give us one more thing to manage.

I'm a Salt Lake City girl at heart! I grew up in SLC, spent some years living in different Western states and eventually made my way back home to Utah in 2024.

Outside of work, I'm a mom of two, and nothing beats spending time with my kids, family, friends and our family pets. Give me a sunny day out on the lake, a trip up into the mountains or a good excuse to get everyone together, and I'm happy! 🚤🏔️🐾

I believe in working hard, building meaningful relationships, laughing along the way and making time for the things that matter most.
