How Lavender Lane Virtual Services, LLC (Ginny Circle) collects, uses, shares and protects your personal information.

Who we are

Ginny Circle is operated by Lavender Lane Virtual Services, LLC, a Utah limited liability company doing business as Ginny Circle. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy, which means we decide how and why it is processed. You can reach us at support@ginnycircle.com.

Information we collect

Account and contact details you submit through our forms or when creating an account: your name, email address, and the company, industry, tools, tasks and automation goals you choose to share. We also collect support messages you send us, purchase and license records associated with your account, and standard usage and device data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.

How we use it and our legal basis

We use your information to: create and manage your account and deliver the products you purchase (performance of our contract with you); reply to inquiries and provide customer support (contract and legitimate interests); keep the site secure and prevent fraud (legitimate interests and legal obligations); improve our products and understand how the site is used (legitimate interests); and send marketing communications where you have asked for them (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).

Payments and Paddle

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. When you make a purchase, Paddle collects and processes your payment and transaction data to complete the sale, manage subscriptions, handle tax compliance and invoicing, and process refunds, under Paddle's own privacy terms. We receive purchase confirmations and license records from Paddle, but we never see or store your raw payment card details.

Who we share information with

We share personal information only with: service providers that help us run the site (hosting, analytics and support tooling); Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of products, payments, tax compliance and invoicing; professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants where needed; and authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

External AI platforms

Workflows you install run inside your own AI account under that provider's terms and privacy policy. Ginny Circle does not read that account and receives no data from it. We never store passwords or credentials for your ChatGPT, Claude or other external accounts.

How long we keep it

We keep account and purchase records for as long as your account is active and as needed afterward to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. Inquiry and support information is kept only as long as needed to handle your request and maintain our records. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and limiting access to personal data to those who need it to operate the service.

Cookies

We use essential cookies that keep the site and your sign-in session working. If we add analytics or marketing cookies in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict or object to its processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent, and complain to a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@ginnycircle.com and we will respond within one month.

International transfers

We are based in the United States, and some of our service providers process data in other countries. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service evolves. The current version is always published on this page, and material changes will be highlighted on the site.
