Does Ginny choose the vendor?
No. Ginny organizes proposals and comparisons for review. The Board or authorized decision-maker makes and documents the decision.
Does every service have to be rebid each year?
No. Rebid timing follows the requirements you configure and the information you provide.
Is reporting included?
Yes. Vendor and procurement reporting — such as contract, renewal, procurement activity and Board-ready procurement summaries — is included where the underlying information supports it. It is not a separate add-on.
